The estimated delivery date for each product is clearly displayed on our website. Please note these are estimates and may vary based on the logistics company and your location. Delivery times consider both handling and transport times, measured in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

• Order Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
• Departure Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company delivering your package.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@mincense.com within 3 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
