Return and Refund

At Mincense, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items.

Important Note:

This policy applies to damaged products only. We cannot accept returns for unused products, change of mind, minor scratches, or other reasons.

Return Window

We accept returns for damaged products only. To be eligible, you must contact us with proof of damage within 3 days of receiving your order. Proof of damage includes pictures/videos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email your return request to contact@mincense.com. Include your order number, product reference, and pictures of the damaged product and shipping box. Clearly highlight the significant damage in your email.
2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping label (free of charge) if approved.
3. Return Shipment: Ship the damaged product back to us using the provided label within 3 days of receiving it.

Refunds

• Upon receiving your return, we will process a full refund within 10 business days.
• The refunded amount will appear in your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Due to the limited return window for damaged items, exchanges are not available.
